The gap

What problem do we solve?

Talent is spread evenly across West Bengal. Opportunity is not. Three gaps turn up in every district we work in.

  • Training that does not match hiring

Young people finish school and still cannot find work, because what they learned and what employers want are two different things.

  • Income that sits in one pair of hands

When earning and deciding sit with one person, a household stays one illness or one bad season away from crisis. Most programmes stop at awareness.

  • Care that costs a day of earnings

For many families the nearest reliable doctor is a day of travel and a day of lost wages away, so small problems are left until they are big ones.

The change

What impact do we create?

We judge the work by what changes for one person after it, not by how many people attended.

  • A skill that pays

Vocational, computer and digital training aimed at the jobs local employers are hiring for, finished with placement linkage rather than a certificate.

  • Income in a woman’s own name

Self-help groups, financial literacy and micro-enterprise support, so that earning and deciding end up in the same hands.

  • Care and green cover close to home

Medical camps and screening where the nearest clinic is far, and plantation, water and waste work in the same wards.

We are a young foundation, incorporated in March 2026. Programme figures are published as work completes and are recorded in our annual report.

Three routes in

How can you work with us?

Time, funding or a mandate. Whichever you have, the same short form reaches us.

  • Volunteer

Teach a batch, mentor a student, help run a camp or lend a professional skill for a few hours a week.

  • Fund a programme

Back a training seat, a medical camp or a student’s year. You are told where it went and what it did.

  • Partner or CSR

Government, PSU and corporate teams can hand us a project end to end and get statutory-grade reporting back.

Our Journey

Recognition

A Proud Milestone for Shri Riddhi Navachar Foundation

9th August 2026  |  Kolkata

We are deeply honoured to be recognized on 9th August 2026 at Swami Vivekananda Auditorium, Yuba Kendra, Moulali, Kolkata by Hon’ble Dr. Indranil Khan, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of West Bengal, for our joint initiative “White Coat Dreams – Honouring NEET Achievers.”

In collaboration with the State Youth Department, this event celebrated the hard work and achievements of NEET qualifiers while inspiring the next generation of doctors. This recognition strengthens our commitment to youth empowerment, quality education, and meaningful social impact.

A milestone achieved. A greater responsibility ahead. The journey continues.
